This renovation focused on enhancing the building’s industrial character, with the installation of massive steel-framed structural windows set into the existing concrete facade. This renovation emphasized industrial design by removing sections of the existing structural concrete to install large, steel-framed glass windows.Complemented by new railings, stairs, and fresh paint, the upgrades give the building a bold, modern presence while preserving its rugged foundation.
